I prezzi includono iva, parcheggio esterno, riscaldamento, energia elettrica, acqua, biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina con cambio settimanale nel caso di soggiorni lunghi (a partire da 2 settimane), connessione Wi-Fi e pulizia finale. I prezzi non comprendonol’imposta di soggiorno pari a 1,40 euro a persona (sopra i 14 anni) al giorno.
La prenotazione è considerata definitiva solo dopo il versamento di una caparra confirmatoria pari al 30% dell importo. In caso di disdetta, la caparra non viene restituita. Si prega di versare la caparra tramite bonifico bancario sul seguente conto corrente:

Die Preise beinhalten: Mehrwertsteuer, Außenparkplatz, Bett-, Bad- und Küchenwäsche mit wöchentlichem Wechsel bei längeren Aufenthalten (ab 2 Wochen), Internet und Endreinigung. Die Preise beinhalten nicht die Aufenthaltssteuer von 1,40 Euro pro Person (ab 14 Jahren) und Tag.
Die Buchung gilt als bindend erst nach Überweisung einer bestätigten Anzahlung von 30% des Betrages. Im Falle einer Absage wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet. Wir bitten Sie, die Anzahlung durch eine Banküberweisung auf folgendes Girokonto durchzuführen:

Included in the price: VAT, outdoor private parking, bed linen and towels with weekly change in case of a long stay (starting from 2 weeks), WI-FI connection and final cleaning. To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.40 per person (starting from 14 years old) per day.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit of 30% of the fee. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit should be transferred to the following bank account:
